Job Summary
Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive the store and Team Members to achieve KPIs and sales targets while leading by example in creating exceptional customer service experiences. Coach and train Team Members to become top performers, providing feedback to support their career development. Manage high standards of stock management and shrinkage control, including operational tasks such as stock replenishment, ticketing, customer repairs, and retail business administration. Merchandise products in line with promotional set up guidelines to showcase the range. This role supports the achievement of personal and store sales targets at Prouds Channel Court, a 120+ year old family business renowned for timeless jewellery.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with supervising, inspiring and leading a high performing team
- An understanding of running a successful business with a proven track record to achieve beyond personal and store sales targets and KPIs
- Ability to provide personal and memorable customer service experiences
- A passion for merchandising and stock management whilst thriving in a busy sales environment
- Demonstrated ability of coaching and providing feedback to Team Members to support their career development
- Must complete a National Police Criminal History Check from the relevant State and/or Territory
