Job Summary
Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive the store and Team Members to achieve KPIs and sales targets while leading by example in creating exceptional customer service experiences. Coach and train Team Members to become top performers, providing feedback to support their career development. Manage high standards of stock management and shrinkage control, including merchandise display, stock replenishment, ticketing, customer repairs, and general housekeeping. This role offers commission scheme rewards and generous staff discounts across a wide range of products. As part of the 120+ year history in Australia, candidates must complete a National Police Criminal History Check before receiving an employment offer.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with supervising, inspiring and leading a high performing team
- An understanding of running a successful business with a proven track record to achieve beyond personal and store sales targets and KPIs
- Ability to provide personal and memorable customer service experiences
- A passion for merchandising and stock management whilst thriving in a busy sales environment
- Demonstrated ability of coaching and providing feedback to Team Members to support their career development
- Must complete a National Police Criminal History Check from the relevant State and/or Territory
