Job Summary
Lead the store team by delivering exceptional client service, supporting CRM initiatives, and analyzing performance to drive business results. Oversee daily operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and adherence to policies while executing visual merchandising strategies and maintaining a clean, brand-aligned environment. Motivate staff through coaching, facilitate daily briefings, and ensure safety protocols are followed. Assist the Store Manager in weekly and monthly business reviews, attend meetings in their absence, and communicate product launches and market insights. This role prepares future Store Managers with hands-on leadership experience within Diptyque's luxury fragrance and home universe.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs
