Job Summary
Lead day-to-day store operations alongside the Store Manager, coaching and motivating the team during busy shifts while delivering fast, friendly guest service. Ensure food quality standards, maintain a clean and organized environment, and drive sales and overall store success. Support hiring, training, and developing team members while jumping in wherever needed to lead from the front. Uphold company policies, food safety, and operational standards to foster a positive, team-first culture. Requires leadership experience in restaurant or retail, strong communication skills, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
