Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in executing store operations to drive sales, customer experience, and staff development. Lead and coach Shift Managers, Shift Leads, and Sales Associates to maintain brand standards, maintain inventory and budgets, hire and onboard talent, schedule labor, and ensure safety and a high level of customer service. Collaborate on community events, training plans, product launches, and market analysis to meet KPIs and support store growth. Demonstrates leadership, coaching, and strong communication to motivate the team and deliver World Class Service while maintaining store standards and a safe, engaging environment for customers and pets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in a retail management role
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- Experience in inventory management and budgeting
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Customer-focused and team-oriented
- Familiarity with community events and relationships with rescue agencies
