Assistant Store Manager - Peoples Jewellers - Cambridge Centre

Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit projections, maintains an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction, develops team skills through training and evaluation, and participates in recruiting and selection. The role involves enforcing company policies and procedures, delivering training on sales techniques and product knowledge, and contributing to an internal promotion-from-within career path. The position requires at least one year of retail experience (preferably in jewelry or specialty retail), knowledge of POS terminals/scanners, and availability to work days, nights, and weekends. Base pay is $20.00–$23.50 per hour plus commission on sales, with full-time benefits and advancement opportunities.
