Job Summary
Lead and motivate the store team to maximize daily productivity while providing excellent customer service as the primary point of contact for all needs. Monitor and drive continuous improvement of store Key Performance Indicators, and lead essential projects such as weekly promotional sets and routine re-merchandising. Provide hands-on support for operational tasks including cash management, stock control, cleaning, and physical operations like stocking and ringing. Ensure a safe, positive, and productive environment for all employees while evaluating training needs and prioritizing staff development. This role requires a proactive leadership style willing to perform physical work, with a starting pay of $30.50 per hour and eligibility for comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401k plan.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- 1-2 years of management experience OR a bachelor's degree
- Determination to complete every to-do list on time, hit your store targets, and maximize productivity
- Experience in leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills, including the patience and ability to de-escalate tense situations
- Readiness to participate in the physical operations of the store, including stocking, cleaning, and ringing, on a daily basis
- Ability to lift, move, carry, or slide product over 50 pounds
- Ability to reach above head to heights greater than 10 inches
- The ability to obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
