Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager leads daily operations across one or more self-storage locations, delivering excellent customer service, executing a structured sales process to maximize unit rentals and ancillary products (e.g., unit insurance and moving supplies), ensuring site cleanliness and safety, handling cash and deposits, resolving billing issues, and building positive relationships with customers and employees under the guidance of the District/Store Manager.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer-facing work experience
- Sales experience preferred
- Current valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle; except in New York City and Brooklyn
- High School diploma or GED is required; college education is a plus
