Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager responsible for supporting store operations in Thessaloniki across all store activities and team management. Key duties include planning and scheduling sales activities, supervising sales staff, ensuring neat appearance and professional conduct, driving sales targets and delivering excellent customer experiences, training and onboarding of staff (including cross-training with existing Pandora stores), and overseeing visual merchandising, inventory, POS and payments, stock handling, and reporting. The role requires leadership to motivate and develop the team, monitor budgets and store performance, and uphold company policies and sustainability commitments while maintaining a high level of customer service across both online and offline channels.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Retail as Store Manager/ Deputy/Department Manager
