Job Summary
Lead store operations by partnering with the Store Manager to build strong sales relationships, execute efficient planning, and streamline store processes. Coach and develop the Retail Team through thoughtful hiring, clear performance expectations, and a culture of internal career growth. Model key sales and service behaviors to exceed guest expectations while analyzing reports to make merchandising and presentation adjustments. This role requires 3+ years of retail experience, 2+ years supervising management teams, and a College Degree in Business. Candidates must be willing to perform varied duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working nights, weekends, and holidays. Rate range is $22.00 to $35.00/hr. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail experience
- 2+ years management team supervision experience
- exposure to merchandising and retail visual concepts
- experience coaching and developing a team
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- ability to analyze reports, identify opportunities to take initiative in making merchandising and presentation adjustments
- College Degree in Business or a related degree
- Willingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business
- Ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to bend/stoop/kneel frequently
- Ability to climb ladders occasionally
- Ability to routine stand for duration of shift up to 8 hours
- Ability to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
