Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations by supervising team members, maintaining cleanliness and brand standards, and ensuring food safety compliance. Deliver prompt customer service, handle unresolved concerns, and drive sales through suggestive selling while managing inventory, audits, and accurate cash handling. Assist with scheduling, payroll processing, and equipment maintenance to support store efficiency and profitability. Work overnight shifts between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM at Lake Avenue in Lockport, NY, with a $1.50 shift differential included in the rate.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Able to work at least 40 hours/week, including weekends
- Valid Driver's license that meets company policy
- Reliable transportation for position requirements (e.g., meetings, daily banking, etc.)
- Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions, shift reports, and vendor check-ins
- Ability to clearly assess and validate customer identification
- Ability to understand operating instructions for lottery, point of sale systems (POS), and other equipment
- Tolerance of exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products
