Assistant Store Manager, Operations - UGG

Partner with the Store Manager to develop team members, achieve budgeted revenue goals, and manage all aspects of store operations including training, sales, visual merchandising, inventory, and administration. Open and close the store, secure assets, plan labor schedules, maintain security systems, and act as the Store Manager in their absence. Cultivate awareness of industry trends, resolve problems with agility, and execute store strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize profitability.
