Job Summary
Assistant Manager, OMNI Operations at West Elm Outlet in Lancaster, PA. Drive incremental sales and profitability through in-store order fulfillment across Omni channels; supervise and support management team to ensure world-class service, appropriate staff coverage, and a positive, People-First store environment. Responsibilities include leading customer fulfillment across channels (order pickup, shipping, Unpaid holds, Home Delivery, Installation), managing stockroom logistics and safety practices, conducting audits and reconciliations to reduce shrink, and maintaining a safe, fair workplace while enabling associates to deliver strong guest experiences. Key skills include leadership, communication, organization, critical thinking to resolve challenges, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of previous retail sales experience or management experience in a customer service related field
- Omni channel fulfillment experience a plus
- Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills
- Great time management skills and ability to execute multiple tasks and appropriately manage competing priorities
- Ability to independently lead self and others to achieve results
