Job Summary
Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and execute full-year business growth plans, including forecasting 90 days out. Directly manage Captains and indirectly manage the broader store team through coaching, development, and performance management. Uphold merchandising standards, lead company programs, and model service behaviors to elevate the athlete experience. Own hiring decisions for Captains, coach supervisors on interviewing, and manage payroll and staffing to align with budget goals. Hold all teammates accountable for compliance with policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years experience
- 1-3 of retail management experience (or customer-focused experience)
- Cameras must be on during all virtual interviews
- AI tools are not permitted to be used by the candidate during any part of the interview process
- Offers are contingent upon a satisfactory background check which may include ID verification
