Job Summary
Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and execute full-year business growth plans, including forecasting 90 days out. Directly manage Captains (Supervisors) and indirectly lead the broader store team through coaching, development, and performance management. Uphold merchandising standards, drive company programs, and model service behaviors to ensure a seamless athlete experience. Oversee payroll, staff scheduling, and targeted hiring for the Captain population while enforcing safety, loss prevention, and operational policies. Hold teammates accountable for compliance and hold those who fail to meet expectations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years experience
- 1-3 of retail management experience (or customer-focused experience)
- Cameras must be on during all virtual interviews
- AI tools are not permitted to be used by the candidate during any part of the interview process
