Job Summary
Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and execute full-year business growth plans, including forecasting 90+ days out. Directly manage Captains and indirectly lead the broader store team through coaching, development, and performance management. Optimize operational strategies for efficiency, ensure compliant merchandising standards, and drive company programs like loyalty enrollment. Lead hiring for the Captain population and manage payroll and staffing to align with budget goals. Hold all teammates accountable for safety, loss prevention, and policy compliance while modeling service behaviors to elevate the athlete experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years experience
- 1-3 of retail management experience (or customer-focused experience)
- Cameras must be on during all virtual interviews
- AI tools are not permitted to be used by the candidate during any part of the interview process
