Job Summary
Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and execute full-year business growth plans, including forecasting 90+ days out. Directly manage Captains and indirectly oversee the broader store team through coaching, development, and performance management. Uphold merchandising standards, drive loyalty programs, and ensure compliance with safety and operational policies. Lead training initiatives, approve staffing plans, and own hiring decisions for the Captain population.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years experience
- 1-3 of retail management experience (or customer-focused experience)
- Cameras must be on during all virtual interviews
- AI tools are not permitted to be used by the candidate during any part of the interview process
