Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service and supervising retail showroom operations, including executing programs like Hi5 and Rock the Call. Manage store activities during the Store Manager's absence, ensuring adequate staffing at the sales counter during peak hours and processing buy online/ship to store orders efficiently. Assist with hiring by scheduling interviews and evaluating candidates, while coaching team members on goal achievement and training. Handle retail returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately, and ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store. Perform daily opening and closing duties, including securing the building, verifying deposits, and managing equipment maintenance.
