Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service and servicing retail and professional clients. Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom, ensuring execution on programs like Hi5 and Rock the Call. Manage the store during the Store Manager's absence or opposing shifts, including opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, and securing the building. Assist in hiring by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling interviews, and evaluating candidates. Process buy online/ship to store orders, manage returns and exchanges, and ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store. Maintain company policies regarding schedules, clocking in/out, and equipment. Work with the store manager to set team goals and provide feedback. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
