Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in servicing retail and professional customers while managing operations during the Store Manager's absence. Supervise customer service execution on the showroom floor and ensure the sales counter is adequately staffed during peak hours. Assist in hiring by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling interviews, and evaluating candidates. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle returns and exchanges accurately, and ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store. Perform store opening and closing duties, including day-end procedures, securing money and deposits, and verifying building security. Maintain the store building, parking lot, and in-service equipment. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
