Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in servicing customers, supervising execution on programs like Hi5 and Rock the Call, and ensuring adequate staffing during peak retail hours. Manage store operations during the Store Manager's absence or opposing shifts, including processing buy online/ship to store orders, handling returns and exchanges, and managing telephone inquiries. Assist in hiring by recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating candidates while coaching team members on goal achievement and training. Perform all opening and closing duties, verify deposits, secure the building, and maintain merchandise, equipment, and vehicles. Ensure team compliance with policies, schedules, and clocking procedures. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
