Manage store operations during the Store Manager's absence or opposing shifts, ensuring adequate staffing during peak hours and processing buy online/ship to store orders efficiently. Coach team members on goal achievement, handle customer returns and exchanges, and oversee store opening/closing duties including security and bank deposits. Collaborate on hiring tasks and ensure compliance with company policies regarding schedules and clocking. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
