Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in servicing retail and professional customers, supervising execution on programs like Hi5 and Rock the Call. Manage the retail showroom during the Store Manager's absence or opposing shifts, ensuring adequate staffing during peak hours. Assist with hiring by scheduling interviews, evaluating candidates, and coaching team members on goal achievement. Process buy online/ship to store orders, manage returns and exchanges, and ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store. Perform opening and closing duties including day-end procedures, bank deposits, and securing the building and delivery vehicles. Maintain the store building, parking lot, and service equipment while ensuring all team members comply with company policies and work schedules.
