Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in servicing retail and professional customers while supervising execution of programs like Hi5 and Rock the Call. Manage the retail showroom during the Store Manager's absence or opposing shifts, ensuring adequate staffing during peak hours. Assist in hiring by scheduling interviews, evaluating candidates, and collaborating on selection. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle returns and exchanges, and ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store. Perform daily opening and closing duties, including day-end procedures, bank deposits, and securing the building and vehicles. Maintain store building, parking lot, and service equipment.
