Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service, managing showroom operations, and ensuring retail sales counters are adequately staffed during peak hours. Supervise team execution on customer service programs, assist with hiring by completing recruiting tasks and interviews, and coach members on goal achievement. Process buy online/ship to store orders, manage returns and exchanges, and ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store. Perform store opening and closing duties, including day-end procedures, securing money deposits, and locking doors and alarms. Maintain the store building, parking lot, and service equipment while ensuring all team members comply with company policies and work schedules.
