Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in servicing retail and professional customers while managing the store during the Store Manager's absence or opposing shifts. Supervise customer service execution on the retail showroom, including sales programs and peak hour staffing. Assist in hiring by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling interviews, and evaluating candidates. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle returns and exchanges, and ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store. Perform all opening and closing duties, including day-end procedures, securing money and deposits, and locking the building. Maintain the store building, parking lot, and service equipment, and ensure all team members comply with company policies and training requirements.
