Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional clients while supervising execution on programs like Hi5 and Rock the Call. Manage store operations during the Store Manager's absence, including staffing the retail sales counter during peak hours, processing buy online/ship to store orders, and handling returns and exchanges efficiently. Assist in hiring by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling interviews, and coaching team members on goals and training. Perform all opening and closing duties, verify deposits, secure the building, and ensure compliance with company policies regarding schedules and attendance.
