Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in servicing customers and executing service programs while managing operations during the Store Manager's absence. Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom, ensure adequate staffing during peak hours, and process buy online/ship to store orders and returns efficiently. Assist in hiring by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling interviews, and coaching team members on goals and training. Perform all store opening and closing duties, including day-end procedures, securing money and deposits, and verifying building security. Maintain store building, parking lot, and service equipment while ensuring team members adhere to company policies and work schedules.
