Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service and managing retail showroom operations, including executing programs like Hi5 and Rock the Call. Supervise sales counter staffing during peak hours, assist in hiring by conducting interviews, and coach team members on goals and training. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle returns and exchanges accurately, and ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store. Perform daily opening and closing duties, secure the building and vehicles, and maintain equipment and signage. Work opposing shifts to support the Store Manager, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
