Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service and supervising execution on programs like Hi5 and Rock the Call. Manage the retail showroom during the Store Manager's absence, ensuring adequate staffing during peak hours and processing buy online, ship to store, and DC add orders efficiently. Assist with hiring by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling interviews, and evaluating candidates while coaching team members on sales goals and training. Handle retail customer returns and exchanges accurately, ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store, and perform all opening/closing duties including securing the building and verifying deposits. Maintain the store building, parking lot, and service equipment while ensuring all team members comply with company policies and clocking procedures.
