Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service and supervising execution of sales programs, including Hi5, Rock the Call, and Never Say No. Manage the retail showroom and sales counter staffing during peak hours, while assisting with hiring, interviewing, and coaching team members on goals and training. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle returns and exchanges accurately, and ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store. Perform daily opening and closing duties, secure the building, process bank deposits, and maintain equipment and signage. Ensure all team members adhere to company policies regarding schedules and clocking in/out. Bilingual candidates encouraged; Sales Specialist Training and Assistant Manager Certification required.
