Assistant Store Manager

Assist the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service in the retail showroom. Lead and coach store team members in daily operations, guest experiences, and adherence to company programs; manage the store during the Store Manager’s absence or when shifts overlap. Support goal setting, training, and hiring processes, including interviews and candidate evaluation. Ensure timely handling of POS transactions, inventory transfers (buy online/ship to store, hub, store-to-store), returns/exchanges, refunds, and proper invoicing. Maintain store appearance, signage, lighting, and security; ensure adherence to schedules and company policies. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to support diverse customer needs.
