Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in servicing customers and managing retail showroom operations during the Store Manager's absence or opposing shifts. Supervise customer service execution on programs including related sales, Hi5, and Rock the Call. Work with management to ensure the sales counter is adequately staffed during peak hours, process buy online/ship to store orders, and handle returns and exchanges accurately. Assist in hiring by recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating candidates while coaching team members on goals and training. Perform all opening and closing duties, including day-end procedures, securing money, locking doors, and arming security alarms. Maintain the store building, parking lot, and equipment while ensuring all team members comply with company policies and work schedules. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
