Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in servicing retail and professional customers while managing operations during the Store Manager's absence. Supervise customer service execution on the retail showroom, including sales programs and team goal achievement. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle returns and exchanges, and ensure accurate invoicing for all merchandise. Perform daily opening and closing duties, verify deposits, secure the building, and maintain equipment and signage. Collaborate on hiring tasks, including interviews and candidate evaluation, while ensuring all team members adhere to company policies and schedules. Fluency in multiple languages is highly desired.
