Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in servicing customers and managing retail showroom operations, including executing customer service programs and ensuring adequate staffing during peak hours. Supervise team member goals, provide coaching and mentoring, and assist in the hiring process by conducting interviews and evaluating candidates. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle returns and exchanges accurately, and ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store. Perform daily opening and closing duties, secure the building, process bank deposits, and maintain equipment and vehicles. Manage telephone inquiries and communicate Zipline messages while ensuring team compliance with company policies and schedules. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
