Assistant Store Manager

Assist in managing store operations, drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service while leading the store team in the manager’s absence. Responsibilities include supervising customer service in the showroom, coordinating staffing during peak hours, coaching and mentoring team members, participating in hiring and interviewing processes, ensuring timely processing of transfers and orders, overseeing returns and refunds, ensuring proper invoicing and adherence to policies, communicating internal messages, and performing opening/closing duties including banking and security checks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; experience with retail training programs and certifications is preferred.
