Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in servicing customers and managing operations during the Store Manager's absence or opposing shifts. Supervise customer service execution on the retail showroom and ensure the sales counter is adequately staffed during peak hours. Assist in hiring by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling interviews, and evaluating candidates. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle returns and exchanges efficiently, and ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store. Perform all opening and closing duties, including day-end procedures, securing money and deposits, and locking down the building and vehicles. Maintain the store building, parking lot, and service equipment while ensuring team members comply with company policies and training requirements.
