Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and store operations, and will manage the store during the Store Manager’s absence or when working opposing shifts. Lead the store team in servicing customers and help set goals, coach, mentor, and ensure team members stay current on training. Participate in hiring, recruiting tasks, interviewing, and selection. Ensure calls, order processing (buy online/ship to store, hub, store-to-store transfers), and inventory procedures are followed; handle returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately; ensure merchandise is invoiced before it leaves the store; communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks. Maintain adherence to schedules and security procedures, supervise day-to-day store tasks, and assist with opening/closing duties and asset protection. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
