Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in overseeing sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Responsibilities include leading team members in excellent customer service, supervising retail showroom activities, assisting in staffing and training, and managing store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. Candidates should possess Sales Specialist Training and certifications as an Assistant Manager and in RSS, with desired qualifications including Certified Parts Professional and ASE certifications.
