Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Responsibilities include managing the store in the manager's absence, leading a team in delivering excellent customer service, supervising customer service programs, assisting in hiring and training processes, and ensuring efficient handling of customer returns and exchanges. Required qualifications include Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, and RSS Certification, while desired qualifications include certifications such as Certified Parts Professional and ASE Certification, with an emphasis on Spanish fluency.
