Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager will lead store team members in providing excellent customer service, manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, and assist in hiring and training team members. Responsibilities include supervising sales, managing customer service programs, ensuring proper staffing during peak hours, conducting performance assessments, and managing store opening and closing procedures. Candidates with bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are encouraged to apply.
