Assistant Store Manager

Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance and store operations. This role will manage the store during the Store Manager’s absence and/or when working opposing shifts, and will lead the store team in servicing customers. Responsibilities include supervising customer service levels, ensuring adequate staffing during peak hours, assisting in hiring and interviews, coaching and developing team members, handling returns and exchanges, invoicing, equipment/merchandising tasks, and ensuring adherence to policies including schedule adherence and security procedures. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply; required/desired certifications include Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, RSS Certification, with additional certifications such as Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE preferred.
