Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager will support sales, customer service, store operations, and manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager. Responsibilities include leading customer service initiatives, supervising team performance, assisting in hiring processes, ensuring timely processing of orders and returns, maintaining compliance with company policies, and performing all opening/closing duties. Ideal candidates will possess required certifications and training, with a preference for bilingual individuals, particularly in Spanish, and will have opportunities for career growth within O’Reilly Auto Parts.
Required Qualifications
- Sales Specialist Training
- Assistant Manager Certification
- RSS Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Parts Professional Certification
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
