Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in servicing customers and managing retail showroom operations, including executing customer service programs and ensuring adequate staffing during peak hours. Supervise team members through goal setting, feedback, coaching, and mentoring while assisting with hiring tasks such as recruiting, interviewing, and candidate evaluation. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle returns and exchanges, and ensure merchandise invoicing before product leaves the store. Perform all store opening and closing duties, including day-end procedures, bank deposits, security checks, and vehicle securing.
