Job Summary
Lead and support the store team in delivering exceptional customer service and sales during the Store Manager’s absence or off-schedule periods. Responsibilities include supervising customer service at the retail showroom, coaching and mentoring team members, assisting with hiring and interviews, coordinating order processing and transfers (buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store), handling returns and invoices, ensuring adherence to scheduling and company policies, and performing opening/closing procedures. The role also involves maintaining store appearance and operations, coordinating merchandising and communications (Zipline messages, Image Maker), and ensuring proper training and compliance.
