Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Responsibilities include leading the store team in customer service, supervising the retail showroom's customer service levels, assisting in hiring processes, ensuring efficient handling of merchandise and customer transactions, and performing store opening/closing duties. The Assistant Manager also collaborates with the Store Manager on team goals, feedback, coaching, and training. This role requires Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, and RSS Certification.
