Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service and servicing retail and professional clients. Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom, ensuring team execution on programs like Hi5 and Rock the Call. Manage the store during the Store Manager's absence and coordinate opposing shifts. Assist in hiring by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling interviews, and evaluating candidates. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle telephone inquiries, and manage customer returns and exchanges accurately. Perform all store opening and closing duties, including day-end procedures, securing money, and verifying bank deposits. Maintain the store building, parking lot, and service equipment while ensuring all team members comply with company policies and training requirements.
