Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service, supervising execution on programs like Hi5 and Rock the Call, and ensuring the retail sales counter is adequately staffed during peak hours. Manage store operations during the Store Manager's absence, including overseeing opening/closing duties, processing buy online/ship to store orders, handling returns and exchanges, and ensuring all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store. Assist with hiring by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling interviews, and coaching team members on goal achievement and training. Ensure compliance with company policies regarding schedules, clocking in/out, and security procedures. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
