Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in servicing customers and executing service programs while managing the showroom during the Store Manager's absence. Supervise customer service levels, ensure the retail sales counter is adequately staffed during peak hours, and assist in hiring by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling interviews, and evaluating candidates. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle returns and exchanges accurately, and ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store. Perform store opening and closing duties, including day-end procedures, securing money and deposits, locking doors, and arming security alarms. Assist in maintaining the store building, parking lot, and service equipment. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
