Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance and store operations. This position will manage the store during the Store Manager’s absence and/or when working opposing shifts, and will lead the store team in servicing customers. Responsibilities include assisting in recruiting and training, scheduling, ensuring front-end staff coverage during peak hours, handling buy online/ship to store and store transfers, processing returns and exchanges, invoicing merchandise, ensuring policy compliance, and maintaining store duties and communications. Bilingual candidates are encouraged; certifications in related areas (Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, RSS) are noted as required or desired.
